Terms of service

These terms explain the rules for using FN TCG Collector Companion, including its website, Android app and companion tools.

1. About the service

FN TCG Collector Companion is a collector companion created by Azenhas Interactive. It provides card catalogues, collection tools, price information, marketplace features and integrations such as Discord, Twitch and Android.

These terms apply to the service as a whole. Individual features may have additional instructions shown inside the feature.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied for your account and for keeping your login methods secure.
You must not use another person’s account, impersonate another person or bypass access controls.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the available account controls.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the service.
Do not upload malware, abuse automated access, probe security controls, manipulate prices or use the service for fraud.
Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

4. User content

You keep responsibility for content you create or submit, including profiles, collection data, marketplace listings, photographs and live-session information. You grant us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the relevant feature.

Do not publish private information or content that you do not have permission to share. We may remove content that breaches these terms, applicable law or the safety of the service.

5. Marketplace and prices

Marketplace tools, prices and external price references are informational features. FN TCG Collector Companion does not guarantee availability, accuracy, condition, authenticity, delivery or completion of a transaction between users.

Users are responsible for the descriptions, prices and fulfilment of their own listings, and for complying with applicable consumer, tax and trading rules.

6. Twitch and third-party services

The Companion Twitch Extension can show a featured card and live history associated with a channel. Streamers are responsible for the cards, links and other information they feature. Viewers should verify any information before relying on it.

Twitch, Discord, Google, Android, card publishers, game publishers, price providers and other third parties operate their own services and terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies. Trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law, fix defects or improve the service. We will try to keep important information current, but the service may contain temporary errors or interruptions.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or third-party rights, or when these terms are breached. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Disclaimers and contact

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we make no promise that every catalogue entry, price, external integration or feature will always be complete, uninterrupted or error-free.
